Items are eligible for refunds before item is assigned a tracking number. Items are eligible for returns if the buyer provides proof that item was damaged upon delivery. 

Buyers who have placed an order will be notified by email when their item is ready to be shipped to them, and will be provided a tracking number. Please allow 2-3 weeks after shipment for your item to be delivered. Merchant is not responsible for lost or stolen orders after the buyer has recieved the tracking number.
